Delete your BetBank account

You can request deletion of your BetBank.ai account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Choose the option that works best for you below.
Option 1: Delete in the app or website (fastest)
If you can sign in, the fastest way to delete your account is through the existing delete flow:
- Open the BetBank app or go to betbank.ai/app/settings and sign in.
- Go to Account / Settings.
- Scroll down and select Delete account.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion.
This permanently deletes your account and all associated data immediately, including your profile, tracked bets, tipping entries, and preferences.
Option 2: Email support (no app access)
If you no longer have access to the app or website, you can request deletion by emailing us from the email address associated with your account.
Send your request to support@betbank.ai with the subject line "Account deletion request". We will action your request within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following data from our systems:
- Your BetBank account and authentication credentials
- Your profile information, including name, phone number, and email address
- All tracked bets, bet history, and performance analytics
- Tipping entries, leagues, groups, and achievements
- Marketing preferences and consent records
- App settings, bookmaker preferences, and notification tokens
What we keep
Subscription and billing records held by Apple or Google are retained by them in accordance with their own policies and are not under our control. We do not store your full payment-card details. We may also retain limited information where required by law, such as for tax, legal, or regulatory obligations.
