Delete your BetBank account

You can request deletion of your BetBank.ai account and the personal information associated with it at any time. Choose whichever option below suits you. You do not need an active subscription to delete your account.

Option 1: Delete it yourself (fastest)

If you can still sign in, deletion is immediate and needs no help from us:

1. Open the BetBank app, or sign in at betbank.ai/app/settings.
2. Go to the Account section of Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and its data straight away. It cannot be undone.

Option 2: Email us (if you cannot sign in)

Email privacy@betbank.ai from the address on your account, with the subject line “Account deletion request”. We will action it within 30 days and confirm by reply. We may need to verify that the address belongs to the account before deleting it.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, because the store that billed you holds it, not us. Cancel it before you delete:

• App Store: Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions.
• Google Play: Google Play Store app → Subscriptions.
• Bought on our website: Settings → Membership, before you delete the account.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted we permanently remove:

• Your account and authentication credentials
• Your profile information, including your name, email address, and phone number
• All tracked bets, bet history, and performance analytics
• Your BetBank AI conversations
• Marketing preferences and consent records
• App settings, bookmaker preferences, and push-notification tokens

What we keep

Subscription and billing records held by Apple, Google, or Stripe are retained by them under their own policies and are not ours to delete. We do not store your full payment-card details. We may also retain limited information where the law requires it, for example to meet tax, legal, or regulatory obligations.
