By accessing or using BetBank.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BetBank.ai. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
BetBank.ai provides sports betting analytics, odds comparison, and betting management tools. Our services include:
BetBank.ai is free to use on our Bronze tier. Optional paid subscriptions ("Silver" and "Gold") unlock additional tools and are available on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. Prices are shown before you purchase and may vary by region. We may change subscription pricing; any change applies only to future billing periods.
Who charges you — and where you manage or cancel — depends on where you subscribed:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period until cancelled. For App Store purchases, auto-renew must be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. Cancelling stops future renewals — it does not shorten a period you have already paid for.
Free trial. Where a 7-day free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial and keep access until it expires. Cancel in the same place you would manage the subscription, as set out above.
Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds for them are handled by those companies under their own terms — we cannot process them on your behalf. For a subscription bought on our website, contact us at support@betbank.ai. Nothing in this section excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law.
If you obtained our app from the App Store, your use of it is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
These Terms are between you and BetBank.ai only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
These Terms are between you and BetBank.ai only, not with Google. Google is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Purchases made through Google Play are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your payment and of any refund request is subject to those terms.
BetBank.ai provides analytical tools and information but does not guarantee profits or specific outcomes. All betting involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.
BetBank.ai is an analytics and information tool. We are not a bookmaker or wagering operator — we do not accept bets, hold funds, or facilitate gambling transactions. Betting involves financial risk. The BetBank.ai platform — including its software, user interface, branding, logos, original analytical tools, and proprietary algorithms — is owned by BetBank.ai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Sports data, odds, statistics, and scores displayed on BetBank.ai are sourced from third-party data providers and publicly available sources. Such data remains the intellectual property of its respective owners and is presented on our platform under licence or applicable fair use principles. BetBank.ai does not claim ownership of third-party data.
Content you create through the service — such as bet history, notes, and custom configurations — remains yours. By using BetBank.ai, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You may not scrape, crawl, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any data, content, or materials available through BetBank.ai without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetBank.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. BetBank.ai is operated by ESK Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 12 690 345 469). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
