By accessing or using BetBank.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BetBank.ai. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
You may not use BetBank.ai if you are excluded from gambling under a self-exclusion scheme, including BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register. You also may not use it if you work for, or act on behalf of, a bookmaker or wagering operator in a trading, pricing or risk role, unless we have agreed to it in writing.

BetBank.ai is free to use on our Bronze tier. Optional paid subscriptions ("Silver" and "Gold") unlock additional tools and are available on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. Prices are shown before you purchase and may vary by region. We may change subscription pricing; any change applies only to future billing periods.
Who charges you, and where you manage or cancel, depends on where you subscribed:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period until cancelled. For App Store purchases, auto-renew must be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not shorten a period you have already paid for.
Free trial. Where a 7-day free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial and keep access until it expires. Cancel in the same place you would manage the subscription, as set out above. There is one free trial per person. If you, your email address, or your payment card has had a BetBank free trial before, including on an account that has since been deleted, a new plan starts without a trial and the first payment is taken when you subscribe. If we only find the earlier trial after checkout, we end the new trial straight away and take the first payment then.
Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds for them are handled by those companies under their own terms. We cannot process them on your behalf. For a subscription bought on our website, contact us at support@betbank.ai. Nothing in this section excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law.
If you obtained our app from the App Store, your use of it is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Promo codes, special offers and referral rewards are for genuine new members unless the offer says otherwise. Each may be used once per person, may not be transferred or sold, and may have extra conditions that we show with the offer. You may not refer yourself or your own accounts. If an offer is misused, for example through multiple accounts or a personal code shared or published where it was not meant to be, we may remove the discount and charge the standard price from your next payment, cancel the subscription it applies to, and withhold or reverse any referral reward or affiliate commission earned through the misuse.
These Terms are between you and BetBank.ai only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
These Terms are between you and BetBank.ai only, not with Google. Google is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Purchases made through Google Play are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your payment and of any refund request is subject to those terms.
BetBank.ai provides analytical tools and information but does not guarantee profits or specific outcomes. All betting involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.
Odds, lines, scores and other data come from bookmakers and third-party providers, and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always check the price with the bookmaker before you bet. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, or that any particular bookmaker, market or sport will be covered, as our sources can change or go offline without notice.
Bookmakers may limit, restrict or close accounts, void bets, or refuse promotions, including for people who use tools like ours. Those decisions are made by the bookmaker, not by us, and we are not responsible for them.
BetBank.ai is an analytics and information tool. We are not a bookmaker or wagering operator. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or facilitate gambling transactions. Betting involves financial risk. The BetBank.ai platform, including its software, user interface, branding, logos, original analytical tools, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by BetBank.ai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Sports data, odds, statistics, and scores displayed on BetBank.ai are sourced from third-party data providers and publicly available sources. Such data remains the intellectual property of its respective owners and is presented on our platform under licence or applicable fair use principles. BetBank.ai does not claim ownership of third-party data.
Content you create through the service, such as bet history, notes, and custom configurations, remains yours. By using BetBank.ai, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You may not scrape, crawl, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any data, content, or materials available through BetBank.ai without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetBank.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Where the Australian Consumer Law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
You are responsible for loss we suffer, including reasonable legal costs, to the extent it is caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service, except to the extent it was caused by our own breach or negligence.
We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, including by sharing your account, opening multiple accounts, misusing free trials or promotions, or using the service in a way that harms other members or our business. We may also suspend access while we look into a suspected breach, and close any other account we reasonably believe you have opened or used.
If we close your account because of your breach, your subscription ends and we do not refund the current period, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it. If we close your account for any other reason, we will refund any unused period you have paid for. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. BetBank.ai is operated by ESK Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 12 690 345 469). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
