BetBank.ai ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our sports betting analytics platform.
We record in-app activity using our own first-party analytics to understand which features are used and to improve the app. This activity is associated with your account so we can measure and improve your experience. We do not sell this information.
Conversations are stored against your account so you can return to them. To generate a reply, your messages and the data the assistant retrieves are sent to our AI provider. See “How We Share Your Information” below.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the app, and only as needed to do so:
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you request deletion, we remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
One record is kept after you delete your account, so that a free trial can only be claimed once per person: a one-way code made from your email address (we can check a new sign-up against it, but we can't read your address from it), the reference Stripe gives your payment card (not the card number), and the date of the trial. We use it only to decide whether a new subscription gets a free trial, never for marketing, and we delete it 24 months after the trial. We also keep a record that the account was deleted, and our sign-in system keeps a security log of sign-ins and account changes, including the deletion, with the email address used. That log is kept for security and fraud prevention. Records of the IP address and device details used to access your account are kept for 180 days, then deleted.
Where we find that our Terms of Service have been misused, for example through repeated free trials, multiple accounts or a shared account, we keep a record of the accounts, payment references and IP addresses involved for up to 24 months, to enforce our Terms. It is used only for that.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires.
You can delete your account at any time from the app or the website: open Settings, go to the Account section, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, your tracked bets, your saved preferences, and your BetBank AI conversations. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@betbank.ai from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. A subscription bought on our website is cancelled automatically when you delete your account. One bought through the App Store or Google Play is held by that store and must be cancelled there before you delete your account.
BetBank.ai is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We are based in Australia. Your information may be stored or processed by our service providers on servers located outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy and applicable law.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. BetBank.ai is operated by ESK Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 12 690 345 469). We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
