BetBank.ai ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our sports betting analytics platform.

Usage & Analytics Information
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- IP address and approximate location
- In-app activity: screens viewed, features and tools used, and session length and frequency
- Crash, error, and diagnostic data
We record in-app activity using our own first-party analytics to understand which features are used and to improve the app. This activity is associated with your account so we can measure and improve your experience. We do not sell this information.
Subscription & Notification Data
- Your subscription tier and status. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), or Stripe (on our website) depending on where you subscribe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
- Push-notification device tokens, where you choose to enable notifications.
BetBank AI Conversations
- The messages you send to BetBank AI and the replies it returns
- The account data the assistant retrieves in order to answer you, such as your tracked bets, your settings, and the markets you ask about
Conversations are stored against your account so you can return to them. To generate a reply, your messages and the data the assistant retrieves are sent to our AI provider. See “How We Share Your Information” below.

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the app, and only as needed to do so:
- Apple: to process subscription purchases through the App Store and to deliver push notifications to iPhone and iPad.
- Google: to process subscription purchases through Google Play and to deliver push notifications to Android devices via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Stripe: to process subscriptions purchased on our website, including your payment method, invoices, and the billing portal.
- Anthropic: to generate BetBank AI replies. Your messages, and the account data the assistant retrieves to answer them, are sent to Anthropic's API. Data submitted through that API is not used to train their models.
- Twilio: to send the SMS code that verifies your phone number when you sign up.
- Resend: to send account, support, and notification emails.
- Supabase: our cloud hosting, authentication, and database provider, which stores your account and betting data on our behalf.
- Vercel: hosts our website and records page-performance measurements, including your IP address, when you visit it.
- Sports-data and image providers: odds, statistics, and player imagery are loaded from third-party sources and their content delivery networks. When that content loads, your device's IP address is shared with those providers to deliver it.
- Legal and safety: where required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you request deletion, we remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account at any time from the app or the website: open Settings, go to the Account section, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, your tracked bets, your saved preferences, and your BetBank AI conversations. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@betbank.ai from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. Cancelling a paid subscription is a separate step: a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled in that store, and one bought on our website should be cancelled under Settings → Membership, before you delete your account.
Children's Privacy
BetBank.ai is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
International Data Transfers
We are based in Australia. Your information may be stored or processed by our service providers on servers located outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy and applicable law.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. BetBank.ai is operated by ESK Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 12 690 345 469). We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
