Decimal odds are fractional odds plus 1, and a positive American price is (decimal - 1) x 100. A negative American price is 100 / (decimal - 1). Type a price in any format below and read it in the others, with the chance it implies. Australian bookmakers use decimal odds.

3/2 is 2.50 in decimal, +150 in American, and the price implies a 40.00% chance. A bookmaker's price includes its margin, so that chance is a little higher than the true one.

The live version
The odds screen puts each bookmaker's price for an event side by side, in decimal, so you can see which bookmaker is paying most.
Worked example. Decimal 2.50 is 3/2 in fractional odds and +150 in American odds, and implies a 40.00% chance. American -110 is decimal 1.91, which implies 52.38%.
What it assumes. Fractional prices are shown to the nearest hundredth of a unit, so a decimal like 1.909 prints as 91/100 rather than a neat fraction. A price must be whole text: 4/5 typed in the decimal box is refused, not read as 4.

Decimal odds. A price of 2.50 returns $2.50 for every $1 staked, stake included, so the profit is $1.50. Fractional odds are common in the UK and American odds in the US.
Divide the top number by the bottom and add 1. So 4/5 is 0.8 + 1 = 1.80, and 11/2 is 5.5 + 1 = 6.50.
A positive number is the profit on a $100 stake, so +150 pays $150 profit and is decimal 2.50. A negative number is the stake needed to win $100, so -110 means staking $110 to win $100, which is decimal 1.91.
A bookmaker's price includes its margin, so the chance a price implies is a little higher than the true chance. Add the implied chances of every outcome and the total is over 100%. The no-vig calculator removes that margin.
